Pricing Proposal & Contract to Build
We present the numbers, make any final adjustments, and sign the contract to build. Then the journey begins.

Permits & Approvals
We pull the permits, handle Hampton Roads zoning, and manage every back-and-forth with the city. You sign what needs signing. We drive the process.

Build
Our crew builds your ADU on schedule, with regular updates so you always know where things stand. No guessing, no chasing us for answers.

Walk-through and Keys in Hand
We hand you the keys, walk you through every system, and stand behind the build. You start living in it the same week.
