757 ADU is the small-home arm of 757 Building Co., a Hampton Roads custom home builder since 2006. We started building ADUs because the same families we were building forever-homes for kept asking the same question: what about something smaller, out back?

Properties around the 757 have backyards big enough to do something with and rental and multigenerational demand is only going up. ADUs are how a lot of families are quietly solving both problems at once.

We build them like real homes, because they are real homes. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchens, full baths, real foundations, real warranties. Nothing about a 757 ADU is temporary.
